Who's behind the curtain, you ask?

- We are Amy, Jeff and Little Kimchi, AKA The Atomic Cake Company. We created this blog because on the one hand, we adopted a baby from Korea and on the other, we make pretty much anything out of cake. Even a pot roast. If you're into that. We don't judge. Either way, we do our best to not kill you with boredom so come on in and sit a spell and we will mesmerize you with awesomeness. Probably not that part but we'll try not to suck.

Where were you for Tatum's 2nd Birthday? We had a duck theme and she would have flipped over this.
We would love it if you could do her cake this year (theme still unknown although last she told me it was still the merry go round). Her birthday is early December so I know if you all are busy picking up your take out order we will need a back up plan. These are great!
